Muse is a magazine brand geared towards a demographic of young creatives looking to break into the art scene. The brand’s mission is to showcase community. Muse is intentionally young, eccentric, approachable, and friendly.
My vision for Muse was to create a brand with feeling. I utilize bright, illustrative aesthetics to reinforce the approachable feel that the client was seeking. A hand-drawn logo and the symbol of a flower were introduced to represent growth and creativity. Through cohesive marketing materials—including a website, merchandise, and a social media campaign—I successfully communicate the brand’s mission while resonating with its target audience of emerging creatives.

The brand’s mission of showcasing a community of young creatives led every creative decision for the brand. From the hand-drawn logo to the playful color palette, each element reinforces a fun, friendly, and creative tone. The flower motif symbolizes growth and warmth, reflecting the spirit of community, while the youthful, inviting typefaces help draw in the target audience.
The result is a visual identity that feels welcoming, expressive, and community driven!
